Ingredients
- Chicken – 1 kg
- Curd – 3 tbsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 tbsp
- Green Chillies – 3 [crushed]
- Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
- Salt – as per your taste
- Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
- Red Chilli Powder – 2 tbsp
- Coriander Powder – 1 ½ tsp
- Zeera Powder – 1 tsp
- Garam Masala – 1 tsp
- Chaat Masala Powder – 1 tsp
- Red Food Colour – ¼ tsp
- Corn Flour – 3 to 4 tbsp
- Kasuri Methi – 1 tsp
- Egg White – 1
- Oil – for frying
Method
- Clean and wash the chicken and keep it aside.
First marination
- Marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste, crushed green chillies, lemon juice,curd and salt. Mix everything nicely and keep it aside to marinate for half an hour.
Second marination
- In a bowl, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, zeera powder, chaat masala powder, corn flour, red food colouring and kasuri methi.
- Give it a mix and mix these masala with the chicken nicely.
- Add the egg white to the chicken and let the chicken get completely coated with this masala. Add salt and lemon juice if needed.
- Keep this to marinate for about 5 hours or overnight.
- Deep fry the chicken until crispy and cooked inside on medium high flame,
